Kwaku Agyemang Kwarteng (wɔwoo no Ɔgyefoɔ 12, 1969)[1] yɛ Ghana aban mfiridwumayɛfoɔ (civil engineer), sikasɛm ho ɔbenfoɔ (economist), ne amanyɔni.
